Social innovation not only brings about usable and effective solutions, but also helps design sustainable systems, which accommodate these changes. Social innovation always puts the users at the center and follows a clear process, which begins with user insights. Based on such a human centered design process, social innovation addresses the unmet and the gaps with the prime objective of social uplifting.
